If you haven’t had glass repair done before, or you haven’t worked with us, you probably have a few questions. We hope these FAQs cover the basics, but you’re always welcome to give us a call!
Why repair a window instead of replacing it?
Repairing a window is typically far less expensive than replacing it! Repairs are also more sustainable and can help you preserve the unique character of your home. Unfortunately, many well-known window companies only offer new windows because it’s easier and more profitable for them, and they typically lack the expertise necessary for a good repair.
Many homeowners simply don’t know that they have better options available. Good for you for doing your research before making a big decision, and bonus points if you tell your friends!
What can we fix?
If it has glass in it, we can probably fix it, and if we can’t, we’ll let you know. Either way, you won’t be bugging us by requesting a free estimate, and we won’t blow up your inbox.

Is the repair process inconvenient or time-consuming?
No! Our experts can replace glass on-site, or if you prefer, you can bring your window sash to our shop. We offer same-day scheduled service appointments for in-shop double-pane replacements. Just call us at 320-251-1900 to reserve a time.
