Now Hiring: 

Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Manager

The successful candidate will oversee commercial projects, working closely with contractors and building owners to ensure timely and successful completion. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in commercial project management within the glass and glazing industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with contractors and building owners to understand project requirements and expectations
  • Conduct project estimation and plan take-offs, utilizing AutoCad, GDS, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Coordinate with suppliers, including CMI, EFCO, KAWNEER, and OLDCASTLE, to procure materials and supplies
  • Oversee project scheduling, subcontractor management, and onsite installation activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and milestones
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution phase
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, supporting our team of glaziers and office staff
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial project management experience in the glass and glazing industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, GDS, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Microsoft Excel, Word, and submittal exchange
  • Strong skills in project estimation and plan take-offs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines
  • Knowledge of commercial aluminum storefronts, windows, doors, and related products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess a valid driver's license
Additional Considerations:  
  • Bonus opportunities are available for this position
  • Expect to work an 8-hour shift M-F
  • Overtime may occasionally be required
